Jax Fong is an emerging photographer with a passion in street, travel, portrait and event photography.
I started my photography journey in street photography. I love the transient nature of street photography with no set rules and full of fleeting moments. I have always been intrigued on how easily many of us miss the uniquely beautiful moment of the day-to-day that is gone when the moment passes. This has driven me to always capture the moments and emotions that are right before me. With a love for travel, the approach and "eye" that I use for street photography has also served me well when I capture photos during my travels.
To skill up, I trained in one of the best photography places in Sydney; Australian Centre for Photography (ACP). I was very stoked when some of my photos were selected to be exhibited as part of ACP's Photostart Exhibition. By undergoing a number of courses with ACP, I am now more versatile and have expand the photography genres to capture.
These days I have also been photographing portraits (humans and non-humans) including for special events such as weddings and engagement parties. I love capturing the essence of my subjects and emotions they project at that time including the story of that special moment.
I believe in producing high-quality images and will ensure that any special moments captured for you is relaxed, professional and trouble-free.
