With great weather and beautiful scenic landscapes, Californian beaches are amazing to photograph. One of the beaches I desired very much to go to when I flew into Los Angeles was El Matador Beach located near Malibu. I was very lucky to have my good mates play tour guide. Despite being jet-lagged, the trip was totally worth it. Despite not being a paved path or having an entrance that was extremely obvious, it was one of the best beaches I have been to. The landscape had variety and the sunset was absolutely amazing.

One thing that struck me was El Matador accommodated all kinds of visitors - photographers, models, couples, families and friends. The rocky landscape embracing the sea is a photographer's playground. If anyone would want to visit this beach, it is absolutely recommended to drive or get driven here. It is worth the travel and no regrets.
